I had one on one sessions at my home with Rebecca Olds over the course of two months for shoulder and back pain. She was amazing; got me in touch with my body through breathing and slow movement. Regular practice helped me improve my posture and made me aware of small movements that would correct ‘bad’ habits my body had got used to in terms of the way I sit and stand while at work. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and has a gentle way of directing you. She taught me to listen to my body, offering alternatives if one exercise was too difficult for me. As I progressed I saw the improvement and Rebecca was always encouraging and cheering me on. I had done Mat Pilates for a number of years before and she corrected the mistakes in my technique. My back is so much stronger now and I would highly recommend her. I’m very confident that she can help anyone.
